About your Instructor...

Elyse worked as a scientist for years before pursuing a career in Exercise Science.

She is a certified Health Fitness Specialist, Health and Wellness Coach, Nia Moving to Heal & White belt and a Reiki Master.

She teaches Bootcamps, Aqua Fitness, Corrective exercise, Injury prevention/recovery and Post-rehabilitation Exercises.

Elyse’s knowledge of anatomy and understanding of the natural self allows students to recognize and achieve new levels of awareness and energy.  Her clients describe their experiences with her as profoundly transformative and motivational.
