Q: What should I bring?

A: Tennis shoes, workout clothes that you don't mind sweating in, water and a towel.

Q: Are shoes required?

A: No, but they are recommended.  If you are used to training barefoot, then you're welcome to go without shoes, keeping in mind we will be using weights!

​

Q: How are the classes structured?

A: Each class is different, but starts with a warm-up to improve mobility and protect against injuries, followed by a combination of strength, agility, cardio, balance and core exercises in a circuit, interval or resistance training format, with plenty of modifications shown to fit for all levels.

The class ends with balance, stretching and free movement, giving everyone time to play! 

It will be the most fun you have ever had working out!

Q: What are some of the benefits?

A: 

Weight Loss: You can burn up to 1,000 calories/hour with rebounding! Cardiovascular workouts stimulates metabolism to promotes weight loss.

Our classes also work to tone and strengthen muscles, which burn fat and help you become more lean.

A Low Impact workout: Jumping on a trampoline takes much of the stress off joints because of the give upon impact. Studies have shown that “rebounding” is 68% more efficient than jogging. You will have a highly effective, yet low impact workout!

Q: How safe is it?

A: Our focus is fun but safe fitness! No flips or unsafe tricks. The wall to wall design of the trampolines keeps you from falling to the ground and the padding around each trampoline as well as along the base of the walls softens a fall.  Our smaller sized trampolines have plenty of bounce for fitness, but do not provide the jump height of traditional trampolines.

Q: Do I sign a waiver?

A: Everyone must complete a waiver prior to jumping, which are provided at the front desk. 

​

Q: Do I need to make reservations?

A: Yes! Please reserve a space online, or on the Facebook events, so the instructors can prepare for class.

​

Q: Can I do a company outing or book a party?
